A Day in the Life of a General Aviation Pilot

10 years ago, the US Government deemed me fit to pilot an aircraft. It says it on the license that I have been qualified to "exercise the privilege" of Private Pilot. It has truly been a privilege and I still get the ultimate high every time the wheels leave the ground, followed by moments of peace during sustained flight, and capped off with the ultimate rush when the wheels touch down.
